The Role

Robert Half Technology is a division of Robert Half and specialises in the recruitment of IT professionals, both temporary and permanent, across the infrastructure, business transformation and development areas.

Our Sydney office is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our successful, growing, permanent recruitment team. The role will be to develop key relationships with organisations ranging from small to medium-sized companies, to large corporates. A strong combination of recruiting, business development and account management skills are required for this position.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Bring B2B sales experience and have a technical background or at least highly tech savvy.
  • Prospecting for new client business in the BA, PM and Program Management areas
  • Lead generation and follow-up
  • Making recommendations to clients regarding top talent available 
  • Source candidates through business contacts, direct recruiting, existing database and internet advertising 
  • Strategising to accomplish weekly, monthly and quarterly business growth goals with your team.
