In 2010 Craig launched his own Sydney based recruitment firm specialising in the Senior Finance Leadership space. During that time Craig developed many successful relationships with various senior Stakeholders within the Australian marketplace.

Prior to joining Robert Half, Cameron has held senior commercial finance leadership roles with listed multinational firms EDS and ExxonMobil. Within these roles he has worked in Melbourne and throughout Asia Pacific, including leading an offshoring programme to India.
Previously, Cameron worked at Ernst & Young, consulting within the Assurance Practice across the Technology, Communications, Property and Industrial market sectors.
Cameron earned his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne and has been a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAA) since 2001.

Sam Branigan is a Principal with Robert Half Executive Search and specialises in C-Suite retained search engagements across a range of industries and functional areas. His clients include ASX 200-listed companies, multinationals, emerging SME growth companies, Private Equity firms and privately-owned enterprises. His portfolio spans financial services, healthcare, consumer products, retail, real estate, professional services, energy and utilities. Recently he worked across a number of different business units for a major Australian utility company, with assets spanning across electricity, gas distribution and gas transmission. Sam's initial role covered the full breadth of strategy management, from ideation and development, through to execution and appraisal. He prided himself on working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that their individual business plans were effectively aligned with that of the wider organisation. More recently he was in a customer-facing role, assisting major commercial and industrial companies, and Government authorities, to both connect and gain access to the distribution network.
Prior to this, Sam was a management consultant predominantly working on finance transformations in the financial services industry with both major banks and boutique lenders. Additionally, he has also provided consulting services to companies in the hospitality, utilities and infrastructure industries where he improved processes, built cash flow management tools and assisted with tender response assessment.

Based in the Sydney office and assisting our Managing Directors, Jennifer conducts searches throughout Asia Pacific region.

With almost 20 years experience, Jennifer joined the Finance Practice in London in 1997. Since then Jennifer has embarked on a distinguished career with Robert Half in various operational and management roles both in London and Sydney and as such is well versed in every aspect of the Robert Half business. Jennifer has acquired a strong network of contacts throughout her career and her extensive market knowledge and project management skills ensure she conducts her search engagements from start to finish seamlessly.
Personal and Professional Activities
Jennifer has been involved with several organisations, volunteering with the Frenchs Forest Lions club collecting door to door for Kids with Cancer. She also participates in Australia's Biggest Morning Tea, Cancer Council Australia's most popular fundraising event as well as the Share the Dignity ‘It’s in the Bag’ campaign, a charity dedicated to helping homeless women and victims of domestic violence.

Lindsay Steinour is an Associate for Robert Half Executive Search, specialising in sourcing and placing C-suite and senior level executives across multiple industry sectors including financial management, sales and marketing, operations, technology, healthcare, legal and human resources. Based in the Melbourne office, Lindsay supports the Managing Directors in conducting searches throughout Australia. Lindsay completed a BS in Accounting at Elon University, and began her career in tax advisory with PwC, where she specialised in expatriate tax planning and compliance for senior executives of multi-national corporations in a wide range of industry sectors including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and professional services. She first joined Robert Half in Philadelphia, where she specialised in accounting and finance searches. Lindsay progressed with her recruiting career with a boutique accounting and finance search firm before emigrating to Australia.
