The Big Breakfast
Start your day right. Enjoy fresh bread, fruit and yoghurt provided free every morning.
Train on Tuesday
Move your body with our personal trainer and other fitness options provided every Tuesday.
On the first Wednesday of each month, we organise a Wellness session. Topics in the past have included dealing with work stress and working with charity organisations.
For your ongoing health, access free flu shots and skin cancer checks.
Lunch is on us. Gather together your workmates and tuck into a free healthy lunch, delivered to the office every Friday.
We all need time out. We offer generous leave provisions so you can maximise your work-life balance. In addition to your annual leave, access loyalty leave, paid parental leave, charity leave or even take a career break.
Paid parental leave
Take 12 weeks additional paid leave on top of the Australian Government paid parental leave, after 12 months of continuous service.
Parental leave for non-primary care givers
Access one week of paid leave plus two weeks of unpaid leave, after 12 months of continuous service.
After five years of continuous service, apply for an unpaid career break of up to three months.
