Your leave

We all need time out. We offer generous leave provisions so you can maximise your work-life balance. In addition to your annual leave, access loyalty leave, paid parental leave, charity leave or even take a career break.

Loyalty leave

You can earn up to an extra 10 days per year in addition to annual leave.

Paid parental leave

Take 12 weeks additional paid leave on top of the Australian Government paid parental leave, after 12 months of continuous service.

Parental leave for non-primary care givers

Access one week of paid leave plus two weeks of unpaid leave, after 12 months of continuous service.

Career breaks

After five years of continuous service, apply for an unpaid career break of up to three months.

Charity leave

Give back. Access two days paid leave per year and contribute your time to charity.
