We are looking for someone who can troubleshoot and support the business of 600 users across the business in IT. Working in a team of 5 technical people you will have experience managing a ticketing system called Service desk Plus (desirable) and dealing with 1-2 Severity issues. Rolling up your sleeves if necessary and get technical with end user support with a strong positive attitude is a must.
They want someone who is very process and documentation orientated. Someone who can bring innovative fresh ideas to a standard service desk. Someone who can analyse incidents not just complete them. (Root cause analysis)
Key skills and attributes:
This is a 6-month contract that will see this individual involved in exciting projects such as SOE refresh, PC rollouts etc. in addition to business as usual duties.
They are looking for someone who is passionate and energetic about making a difference. You must have outstanding customer service as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills.
