Our client is a high-profile and very well regarded organisation within a highly and consistently profitable sector. They have grown substantially over the last twenty years and have developed a reputation for excellence in the delivery of their work as well as an ethos of family values underpinned by a long standing and highly motivated workforce.
With a remit to embrace the most cutting edge developments in technology, they have recently implemented a number of new systems and they are now in a position to seek out a talented Change Manager, to ensure the best potential is realised from these developments.
Reporting directly into the Program Manager, the Change Manager will carry full responsibility for driving change throughout several pivotal areas of the organisation. They will be the prime motivator and owner of the change process following the technology implementation and carry full autonomy and responsibility for ensuring its success. Pivotal in this will be effective communication across all levels of the organisation and driving core messages through stakeholder engagement, mentoring and training. Alongside these responsibilities, the Change Manager will also identify and document the most pressing areas of need for process and system realignments and reconstructions and feed back to the senior management team and board.
Whilst this role will carry elements of strategy, it is fundamentally a hands-on position within a smaller project team and so the successful candidate will be expected to take a proactive approach to their work in an often under resourced environment.
Their success will be measured by not only an implementation of the requisite changes, but also the fostering of genuine willingness to embrace these improvements and modernisations.
You will be a Change Manager who has successfully identified, driven and implemented core business changes to an organisation. You will have had experience working with businesses who have enacted technological upgrades and exposure to a period of technological change.
You will be someone who can demonstrate a track record of driving actions and implementing, rather than just suggesting, significant organisational changes.
You will be able to demonstrate a track record of achieving organisational change in your previous role and will ideally bring a combination of success from both the organisations large and small. You will be able to demonstrate a background in communicating the value of IT in technological environments. Experience within smaller organisations as well as the corporate sector would be preferable, but of greatest importance will be your ability to make affect a real mark on the organisation.
You will be an impeccably presented individual who is able to communicate at senior levels within an organisation and be driven by a genuine desire for organisational improvement.
You will ideally be educated to a tertiary level and have sound knowledge of project and change methodologies.
