Our client, a successful and well-established company in the wholesale industry, is currently looking for a driven and organised Accounts Clerk to join their finance team on a full time basis. Based in a convenient Western Suburbs location, the role offers a competitive salary and a supportive team environment.
Working in the finance team, you will report to the Financial Controller. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Customer receipting
- Credit application processing
- Reconciling accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Minimal collections
- Assisting with the Accounts Payable function
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar Accounts Clerk role. Ideally you will have experience in dealing with principals in a similar organisation and will be familiar with a medium to large ERP system. You will be able to handle multiple responsibilities and will complete with outstanding attention to detail. You will be experienced in dealing with a wide range of internal and external customers and providing a high level of customer care.
