This leading organisation within professional services based in Brookfield seeks an experienced and highly motivated Receptionist on a part time basis.

The Role

Working closely with the sales team and reporting to the Office Manager, your role will involve:

  • Day-to-day management of reception
  • Switchboard management
  • Co-ordinating meetings and meeting rooms
  • Meet and greet clients
  • General administration duties
  • Mail distribution
  • Providing excellent customer care in a timely manner
  • General administration duties

Your Profile

You will be a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Administrator, with a bight personality, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to return to the workforce on a part-time basis or someone that is looking to part-time hours to suite their busy schedule.

You will have experience working with switchboards, have the ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment. You will have a proactive attitude and look to bring your positive energy to the team. The role has set hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 12:30pm. Unfortunately this is not negotiable.
