Based around the CBD fringe and South Side, our clients have multiple staff taking annual leave during December/January and looking for temporary assistance to cover their positions.
This a great opportunity for an experienced and confident candidate to work in a temporary role to gain experience in varying industries. Our clients are preferably looking for experienced temp candidates as there will be a very limited or no handover period.
Reporting to the Office Manager, some of your daily duties will include:
- Meeting & greeting visitors and clients
- Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
- Pulling reports
- Booking travel for the new year
- Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
- Typing letters and sending to clients
- Organising catering
- Booking meetings
- Data entry
- Electronic filing
- General administration
You will have a bright, bubbly and confident personality along with experience as an Admin/Receptionist within a corporate environment. You will have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
To be successful in this positon you must have intermediate MS Office skills and have worked within corporate offices within the last 12 months.
Our client is looking for someone who has had experience in temp Admin/Reception roles previously to ensure they can hit the ground running.
All of these positions are full-time hours Monday-Friday, only those that can work business hours will be considered.
You must be immediately available and have your own reliable transport.
