Description

The Role: -

  1. Supporting the businesses legal clients across Applications and general support related issues.
  2. Action and work through tickets in the queue, relating to issues with the document management software and clients having issues reconciling and generating invoices
  3. Typical issues are clients calling and saying

- Documents are not loading onto the application

- Keep getting an error message when I am trying to open the application

- Documents are being generated / can't access clients file

  1. Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the tickets are actioned through supporting clients over the phone and via email.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and the internal team to ensure issues are resolved in line with SLA
  • Proactively find work arounds for clients in relation to accessing files/document
  • Client system configuration change

Candidate Background:

  • 2 years of experience in a professional services environment/Start up environment
  • Experience with helpdesk/Applications support
  • Experience in accounting and booking support
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking software (Jira, Redmine, etc.)
  • Knowledge of legal precedents and documentation is favorable but not required.
