The Company



Our client is a growing company in the Management Consulting industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to grow their career within a company that offers flexibility and the ability to upskill.



The Role



Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience in talent acquisition with key responsibilities including:



§ Assist all Managers Directors and HR with the recruiting process and partner with them on all recruiting needs.



§ Initial candidate sourcing through job-board search, application review, (social) networking, referrals and direct approach through online business networks.



§ Build up a candidate pipeline and maintain positive on-going relationships with internal and external candidates for future opportunities.



§ Ensure regular communication to the internal clients and report on the status of the different recruitment processes; from job intake until job fill.



§ Identify external candidates through recruitment seminars, fairs, interviews, telephone pre-screening and testing.




§ Lead the annual Graduate Recruitment process



§ Lead Intern recruitment processes



§ Participate at local graduate recruitment events, fairs and university events and maintain strong partnerships with these establishments.



The Individual


§ Bachelor's degree in combination with 5 or more years recruiting experience, ideally in a professional services organization.


§ Proven track record of recruitment, selection & matching of great talent.


§ Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.


§ Knowledge of recruiting practices, including graduate recruitment.


§ Experience in conducting psychometric tests and competency-based interviewing are a valuable asset.


§ Strong technical skills to include MS Office applications.
