Looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing MSP located in Alexandria with lots of transport and street parking.
A growing MSP in a convenient location, we are expanding our team and looking for the next member of staff to learn our processes and help us grow!
Providing a high level of support to our clients, we are searching for a Service Desk Analyst who will serve as a first point of contact. Providing both level 1 and 2 support, you will be required to work in a methodical manner, troubleshooting various issues whilst surrounding yourself around the latest cutting edge technology. You will be familiar with:
- Windows 7/8/10
- Active Directory
- Basic Networking (LAN/WAN)
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
To be a successful applicant, you will require a minimum of 12-18 months IT Support, preferably supporting multiple clients/environments. You will require excellent communication skills and have proven success in a high paced environment with a positive attitude.
