As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be providing support to over 8000 users across APAC giving first line support through their 24/7 support operation. You will have exposure to various industries and get to work amongst experienced IT specialists. This role is customer facing therefore, customer service skills and experience is highly regarded.
The technologies which will be supported in this role are
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Printers/scanners/iPhone and Android support
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent customer service & communication skills both verbal and written
- Motivated and outgoing personality
- 12 months experience in an IT role
- Hospitality or retail experience
- Current Australian driver's license
- Tertiary education qualifications
This is a full-time permanent role based in Sydney CBD and is offering up to $55k-$58K (- depending on experience)
