The company is a national organization and retail franchise that is sat across 400 retail stores and 1,500 internal years Australia and New Zealand.

You will be providing excellent service desk support to various user sites, working with Microsoft (Windows 8/10), Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365. As part of a close-knit team, you will be know how to prioritize queries and provide excellent IT support, particularly over the phone.
