The Company -

A growing IT services company who offer a platform for hands on experience across a variety of technologies. Having built themselves up over the last 10 years, they are an expanding business with client bases of 50-300 users across Australia.

The Role -

Working as part of a busy Service Desk, you will be troubleshooting various technical issues across Windows (and some Linux), providing excellent customer service to the company's user base.

Technical skills and knowledge desired for this role:

  • Microsoft Server environment (2008 / 2012)
  • Windows Operating System (7, 8 and 10)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange/Outlook
  • Office 365 (desired)

*Overall suitability will be dependent on personality and passion for the role.*

About You -

This role is suitable for a highly customer-focused Service Desk Analyst who thrives in a fast paced environment with strong experience working in a Windows environment.

You will have:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
  • A Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in IT;
  • Good time management and an ability to priorities tasks;
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
