The company is a financial institution base in Sydney CBD. The successful applicant will be joining a professional environment where you will be expected to provide IT support to all levels of staff throughout the business locally and on a global level.

Primary responsibilities supporting the below Technologies:

- First point of contact for IT issues

- Active Directory

- Exchange

- Windows Server 2008/2012

- Citrix

- Full Microsoft stack

- Win 7

- Basic Networking knowledge

The right candidate will be an IT Support professional with a minimum of 2 years experience. Clear verbal and written communication skills are a must. You will have strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills to supporting users via phone, email and remotely. To be the right person for the job you need to have a positive and proactive attitude to technology a high level of attention to detail
