Our client is looking for an impressive Senior Payroll leader who has previously led system implementations and projects with the ability to think outside the box to solve problems.



The Role



As the senior payroll officer you will oversee the Chris21 Payroll systems, Single Touch Payroll (STP), and HRIS systems. You will be able to improve processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency, whilst enabling Payroll services to meet legal and contractual requirements through the payroll system in place. You'll also provide comprehensive support to the National Payroll Manager through reporting and data collection to ensure that the Payroll system and associated tasks are performed in an accurate, timely and ethical manner.




Your Skills & Experience




  • Outstanding payroll experience with system implementation and project experience.

  • Chris21

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

  • Remarkable attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening).

  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.

  • Ability to think outside the box in order to improve processes
