With over a decade of experience in the financial sector this organization has become one of the leading providers of professional financial services around the globe.
As a Senior Desktop Analyst, you will be in charge in organising and assisting with the day-to-day operations and aiding junior members of the team if issues do arise.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting a wide range of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and mobile devices
- You must ensure that the day to day operations are running smoothly and all issues are addressed.
- Provide technical support and advise on any technical issues across the business
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests in the helpdesk
