National Insurance organisation looking for a Senior Experience Designer across end to end customer experience, both across online & offline initiatives, driving the orgnasiation on a successful, customer centric path.
In this role you will work at a strategic level to ensure all pieces of the puzzle come together to create a clear picture & vision for the organisation. You will work with multiple business units across various projects, from digital initiatives, to alignment of internal processes.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is customer centric, with the end goal of what you do being to improve the over customer experience and ensure the business can deliver. Your background will be across design thinking, service design and UX, with experience leading projects and teams to deliver solutions.
For the right person this role is paying upto 160k Base + Super + Bonus
