The Company

Our client - a national medical organisation.

The Role

Provide secretarial and administrative support to a group of medical professionals:

  • Drafting, editing and amending correspondence and documents
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Email & diary management
  • Liaising with clients and arranging meetings/appointments
  • Preparing documents for filing with the court
  • Conducting on-line searches Obtain enclosures for letters;
  • Collate documents, briefs to doctors and counsel, replies, court forms some with
  • exceptionally large attachments (4,000 pages)
  • Opening, closing and archiving files
  • Preparation of end of month accounts for billing
  • Answering telephone calls, re-directing calls, taking messages
  • Administration - maintaining electronic & paper based files, faxing, photocopying, scanning, archiving of files once completed
  • Other general administrative duties

Your Profile

  • At least five years' previous work experience in administration
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience using a document management system (iManage)
  • Experience using precedents templates/documents
