This is a varied role which is largely based around providing support for two partners of the firm. This includes (but is not limited to) the following;
You will need to be a motivated and hardworking individual who presents well and has a pleasant phone manner. As you will be expected to help with everything from preparing Dictaphone reports to speaking with clients it is also important that you have experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook as well as proven experience in a role where you have had to multi-task and prioritise your workload.
5 years of experience in a similar role in Professional Services is preferred, especially if you have had to type up Dictaphone notes into reports before.
