The Role

This role is a temporary role with the opportunity for the perfect candidate to go permanent!

Daily tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Administration support for a team of 12 recruitment consultants
  • Answering and responding to high level of incoming candidate and client calls and enquiries
  • Data entry
  • Formatting resumes to adhere to company standards
  • Organising job advertisements for internet and trade publications
  • Maintaining compliance standards
  • Involvement in team projects and marketing events
  • Providing courteous and efficient service to clients and candidates
  • Cover receptionist duties as required, greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms, facilitating client meetings
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested.
  • Coordinating candidate testing as required
