Robert Half Finance & Accounting specialises in the recruitment of temporary accounting, finance and payroll professionals within the commerce and industry market place. The Resourcer role reports to the Division Manager and is primarily responsible for the following:
Recruit accounting, finance and payroll professionals through a variety of sources.
Manage and grow networks of candidates in the above specialist areas, initially using our CRM database.
Focus on gaining referrals and leads of new, available candidates in the market constantly
Prepare and write ads for job boards then manage the response through resume selection, phone screen and email responses.
Manage candidate flow depending on market conditions and client requirements
Keep up to date active candidates in the database through regular phone contact
Conduct face to face interviews
Provide ongoing and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance.
Conduct references and various compliance procedures on all candidates interviewed
Organise and attend candidate networking events
Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with candidates to ensure they receive exceptional customer service.
Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Uncover additional opportunities through contact with candidates on assignment and clients to grow our business and job opportunities for our candidates.
Responsible for supporting Robert Half's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in client networking organisations and events.
Strategise with teammates and manager to accomplish monthly business growth goals.
Work towards set monthly targets that will be agreed with management.
You will have minimum 2 years Sales experience in any field. Experience tells us Retail or Customer Service focus industries suit the Recruitment industry. You will ideally be looking for a long-term career driven opportunity.
