As a Robert Half Recruitment Consultant, you will:
The Robert Half Finance and Accounting team specialises in sourcing superior candidates for a variety of clients including many global household names, whilst also maintaining a strong foothold in the SME market.
You'll be involved in quarterly team events, divisional competitions and regular recognition programs - all in the name of team spirit! You'll also enjoy weekly lunches, daily breakfasts, free personal training and a flexible working schedule.
As a Recruitment Consultant, in addition to dealing with existing clients, you will be tasked with adding to your portfolio of clients through business development activities including, but not limited to, connecting to potential clients by phone, face to face meetings and networking within the Sydney business community.
Our Recruitment Consultants operate a 360 methodology whereby, not only will you be responsible for business generation, but also candidate acquisition, pre-qualification, skills evaluation, interviewing, referencing and representation in the marketplace.

To become a successful Recruitment Consultant at Robert Half you will:
To be successful in this role, you will either be a graduate, potentially within a Business or Finance and Accounting discipline or have 1-3 years' experience in a related field, including Finance, Sales, B2B, Retail, etc. with a proven track record of achievement in university grades, achieving work targets to date, or similar.
