The Company

This company is a well-known property group within Sydney. They pride themselves on their diplomacy, professionalism and are looking for an experienced receptionist to be the face of the company.

The Role

- Be the face of this well-known property group

- Answer the main phone line for our Sydney office and allocate calls

- Collect and distribute mail and deliveries

- Act as main contact for security, meet & greet guests, manage access cards for the office

- Arrange travel for group staff with detailed itineraries for the team

- Organize corporate events

- Ensure adequate stationary & supplies are available and manage supplier relationships

- Liaise with building management, cleaners, and suppliers to ensure office is maintained to a high standard

- Maintain the presentation of the office and kitchen

Your Profile

- Fluent in Mandarin & English

- Can start immediately

- Minimum of 1 year of reception/administrative experience

- Excellent communication skills, computer literacy in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel & Word

- Strong sense of professionalism and diplomacy with demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, and internal/external business partners
