The Company

Office Administrator required for this global accounting firm located in the heart of Sydney CBD. This business have had a resignation in their administration team and so require an experienced Office Administrator to join the team.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Director this role looks after the following:

  • Reception
  • Assist CEO & Senior Management
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Ad hoc Administration duties

You will become a key part of the team to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business operate smoothly and efficiently.

Your Profile

You will be an experienced administration officer. You will have worked in a medium to large organization and have excellent communication skills. Ideally you will have had exposure to MYOB or XERO.
