Robert Half has partnered with an Australian organisation who are currently undergoing an exciting project around market strategy. They are looking for a Project Manager to join them in a contract opportunity for at least 7-months and can offer remote working. You will play a vital role in delivering the critical project and supporting multiple internal partners.
As the successful candidate you will work in the Policy and Strategy team and will perform duties that include:
Ensure the project meets it deadline and is within best practice,
Identify any gaps, including resources required and detailed risk mitigation framework and improve all processes,
Liaise with internal stakeholders and lead a monthly project plan,
Establish and monitor frameworks for stakeholder sentiment on the project,
Participate with WIP meeting with Core Design Team and lead communications review,
Generate monthly financial and non-financial project reports for the board and stakeholders,
Develop end to end stakeholder management plan and provide regular briefings to the partners to the strategy,
Develop system for monitoring project sentiment, feedback collation and dispute resolution and implement to ensure project success,
Provide support with stakeholder mapping and engagement and monitor the activities for best practices,
Attend meetings as required (over video call) or if possible, face to face.
Experience working as a Project Manager including generating reports, developing frameworks and monitoring project activities,
Ability to work autonomously and happy to work remotely,
Strong knowledge of WIP and strategy,
Excellent communication skills to convey ideas efficiently to stakeholders.
