Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the Education industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking a part time receptionist to join the Surry Hills office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail orientated candidate to work for a lively, growing company.
Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience in Admin and Reception with key responsibilities including:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with a professional manner
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Support the overall administrative tasks of the business
- Manage travel and accommodation bookings
- Other ad hoc duties
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has strong customer service and reception experience and who is passionate about establishing relationships with others. You will also need to have strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment.
