The Role

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience as an Office Administrator with key responsibilities including:

Onboarding and offboarding

IT Support

Catering and events

Office Management

Scheduling and Calendar management

Travel Bookings

Finance Support

The Individual

· 2-3 years' experience in an administration role

· Must have experience doing diary management and travel bookings

· Solution focussed and goal oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritise

· Strong communicator

· Collaborative and works well in a team

· Computer literate

· Switched on
