Main duties and responsibilities:
Assist in the design and implementation of financial reporting and analytical systems for evaluating the feasibility of alternatives in the funding and expansion of operations.
Work with the Commercial Finance Manager to prepare budgets, cash flow and forecasting analysis for individual properties.
Produce detailed management reports
Provide detail commentary/ interpretation on monthly financial reporting.
Provide monthly, quarterly and annual finance reports
Assist with recommendations on business strategy and business process.
Participate in the development of improved management information systems and procedures.
Assist in other financial areas and special projects
Ensure activities comply with legal, professional and ethical standards.
Skills and Knowledge:
CA / CPA Qualification. Business Degree with major in Accounting
5 years experience as a management accountant.
Minimum 2 years project accounting experience within the property industry
Advanced use of Excel
Knowledge and expertise with the Timberline Accounting Module is desirable.
Excellent Attention to detail
Strong Analytical skills
