A highly regarded legal firm with over 100 offices in more than 30 different major cities around the world.
With 140 users in their Sydney based office, this company offers a fast-moving and progressive environment. You will be exposed to new, unique technology and a range of different operations and projects around security, networking and IT infrastructure, where you can develop upon your IT knowledge and progress internally into more challenging IT support roles.
This is a level 1-2 desktop support role where you will be primarily providing on-site support to around 140 internal users within this legal firm. As a desktop support analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting for a range of IT related issues including password resets, videoconferencing and basic networking.
You will be working collaboratively with 2 other desktop support personnel to provide excellent service to end-users, where you will need to take ownership of issues and escalate to other teams when necessary.
To be considered for this role, you will need at least 2.5 years' experience in a desktop support role, working in a similar professional services environment (i.e. legal, financial). You will need to have experience in the following:
The shift for this permanent, full-time role will be between 10am till 6pm, and will require you to be on-call once every 2-4 weeks. You will be working in a contemporary CBD office overlooking Sydney's Darling Harbor with a remuneration package of $65-70k (including super) with the potential for bonuses.
