The Company

A new tech start up that streamlines business operations using technology.

The Role

To provide a high-quality IT support service to support business needs of a growing business and to ensure all Service Desk requests are handled in a polite, friendly and helpful manner.

To review, analyse and identify the nature and key causes of Service Desk queries with view to reducing overall volume.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing Service Desk assistance to all levels of the firm

- Taking ownership of escalations from level 1 and 2 analysts.

- Accountable for support across issues including database admin, troubleshooting, configuration and other various infrastructure issues.

- Analyses patterns arising from Service Desk queries with view to identifying key causes and advising on/implementing solutions

- Taking an active part in advising on wider IT infrastructure solutions throughout the business.

- Resolving all technical and non-technical IT related issues in the Service Desk.

Your Profile:

- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a service desk role.

- Windows 7/10

- Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 support

- MS AD/ Exchange support.

- Mobile Device Management.

- Experience with IT ticketing based systems would be highly advantageous.

- Strong verbal and communication / presentation skills
