A new tech start up that streamlines business operations using technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a service desk role.
- Windows 7/10
- Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 support
- MS AD/ Exchange support.
- Mobile Device Management.
- Experience with IT ticketing based systems would be highly advantageous.
- Strong verbal and communication / presentation skills
