This vibrant and dynamic IT business is currently looking for a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst to join the team where you'll be supporting all aspects of the business's IT environment.
Our client is offering the right candidate internal career progression into a Senior Field Technician/ Team Lead role and funding of certifications.
The key thing about this role is team fit! The business looks for eager, energetic candidates who have excellent customer service skills and a keen interest in the IT environment.
