Assisting clients across Australia that is undergoing an IT Transformation, we are looking for a friendly, personable and outgoing Level 2 IT Support Analyst to join the team.
Providing support to our users across Australia, you will be comfortable providing face to face, remote and phone/email support. For this reason, you will be presentable, personable and have fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal. We are looking for someone who is willing to undertake BOTH Level 1 AND Level 2 Support. We require a strong Level 2, and we feel this is reflected in the salary package on offer. You will have experience and be familiar with:
