An exciting L1/l2 Desktop Support opportunity has arisen to work within a small team environment, in a national, mid-sized legal firm. The role will have an equally split variation between 50% helpdesk support and 50% face to face Desktop Support. The role will report into the IT Manager who's focus is to maintain an enjoyable team environment that provides an excellent IT Support services to the business's 170 users.
To be successful within this role you will ideally have worked in a similar environment where customer focus and a sense of urgency is highly regarded.
The Technologies you need to have an understanding of are;
- Strong customer focus with an ability to see task to completion
- Full Microsoft Stack
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- ITIL Certified
- A fun and dynamic environment, with a variation of tasks
- Excellent remuneration
