This rapidly growing IT comapny is actively seeking a Level 1/2 Service Desk Analyst to support all the businesses IT functions. The role entails troubleshooting all hardware and software issues whilst staying on top of daily tickets.
The key thing about this exciting role is a chance to further train and develop key IT skills which give you a chance to be promoted into an operations or projects space.
Skill set / experience needed:
- Full Microsoft Stack
- Cloud technologies (365, Azure)
- Cisco, Networks/Switches
- Competent with AD & GP
- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
- Understanding of SOE & Change Control processes
- Strong experience in Service Desk L1/2 position (providing phone, remote & physical support) with good 365 experience
- MCP, MCSA, MSCE or MCITP would be desirable
- Customer focused
- Excellent communications skills

The role will pay $60,000-65,000 + super depending on experience!
