With sites spread across Australia, we are a small IT Team in the media industry looking for our next Service Desk Analyst to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for our staff across the nation, providing excellent IT Support. You will be working with a wide variety of users, some that will be a breeze to deal with, and others you may have to spend a little more time with. This role requires both phone based support and face to face desktop fixes/rollouts around various sites. You will be familiar with:
IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU?
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 12 months IT Support experience, preferably supporting multiple sights. You will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable providing a high level of support over the phone. Experience across the following is a MUST HAVE:
