Our client is one of Australia's leading software providers that are currently based in Sydney's Lower North Shore. The company is well established in the Sydney market and are currently experiencing a large amount of growth within the business. The organisation supports clients not only domestically but internationally, providing services for research and education institutions.

The role entails troubleshooting all hardware and software issues whilst staying on top of daily tickets in a 1st and 2nd level capacity.
Skill set / experience needed:
- Full Microsoft Stack
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
- Strong experience in Service Desk L1/2 position (providing phone, remote & physical support)
- MCP, MCSA, MSCE or MCITP would be desirable
- Customer focused
- Excellent communications skills

The role will pay $55,000-65,000k+ (plus super) depending on experience!
