Located across more than 10+ locations around the world, this investment banking organisation is expanding their infrastructure team by bringing on a Level 1/2 Desktop Support Analyst to remotely troubleshoot issues for all their internal located across Australia as well as being client facing to traders, corporate executives and internal staff.
This is a newly created position due to expediential growth within the organisation.
You will be working within a team of 8 and will be liaising with other satellite offices team across the globe, setting up the core infrastructure for meetings, conferences and general BAU duties.
The key thing about this exciting role is a chance to further train and develop key IT skills which give you a chance to be promoted into a more senior service desk role or engineer.

Type of individual?
- Minimum 3+ years working in a Service Desk/IT based role
- Professional services background is highly favorable
