Having been established for over 80 years, the company is an engineering solutions company that works reaches a global scale with over 150 offices across Australia and APAC region.
In this role you will be working as part of the Pronto application team service desk, supporting and troubleshooting the internal ERP and other in-house applications. It will involve a mix of remote, face-to-face and over the phone support to users across the business.

Having demonstrated strong experience in an IT support role, you will understand the fundamentals of a customer-focused service desk to ensure Pronto application comprehension and functionality.
