The company is a national retail franchise, holding offices worldwide. Their Sydney office is looking for an enthusiastic new member to join their IT function and who will stand as the first point of contact for the business.
What's in it for you?
You will be providing excellent service desk support to various user sites, working with Microsoft (Windows 8/10), Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365. As part of a close-knit team, you will be know how to prioritize queries and provide excellent IT support, particularly over the phone.
