An exciting IT Support opportunity has arisen to work with a Global legal firm within a team of 5 Service Desk Analysts. The role will have an equally split variation between 80% level 1 helpdesk support with the occasional requirement to provide some face to face support. The role will report into the Service Desk Team Lead who's focus is to maintain an enjoyable team environment that provides an excellent IT Support services to the business's Australia operation.
To be successful within this role you will ideally have worked in a similar environment where customer focus and a sense of urgency is highly regarded.
The Technologies you need to have an understanding of are;
Strong customer focus with an ability to see task to completion, Full Microsoft Stack, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Office, Windows 7 - 10, ITIL Certification would be advantageous
