Based in their head office near Central station, the company is charity organization with offices across NSW.
You will be providing excellent help desk support to various user sites, working with Microsoft (Windows 8/10), Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365. As part of a close-knit team, you will be know how to prioritize queries and provide excellent IT support, particularly over the phone.
