Based in their head office near Central station, the company is charity organization with offices across NSW.


You will be providing excellent help desk support to various user sites, working with Microsoft (Windows 8/10), Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365. As part of a close-knit team, you will be know how to prioritize queries and provide excellent IT support, particularly over the phone.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Level 1 Service desk support and internal-user support across various company sites;
  • Remote support across desktops and over the phone, troubleshooting various apps, network, internal systems including POS systems;
  • Assistance with various ad hoc projects.


A strong problem solver and committed to customer service, you will be experienced in providing excellent IT support, offering solution orientated communications to various client sites.

You will have:

  • A strong customer focus;
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
  • An ability to troubleshoot quickly and efficiently;
  • Proven experience in a similar role/environment;
  • Good knowledge and experience with Windows based technologies.
