This established IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking for a Level 1-2 Desktop Support to join their newly created team of 35 in Sydney. This MSP provides support for small to mid-sized clients all throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
The company is extremely invested to their employees, offering the right candidate monthly training sessions at their head office in Brisbane to further develop and learn their technological skills for the first 3-6 months of employment.
As a Level 1-2 Desktop Support you'll be providing both on-site and remote support (both face-to-face and over the phone) for all their managed services clients and project-based clients.
You'll be providing both first and second level support which can range from password resets to connectivity issues whilst being able to stay on top of tickets.

This is a full time permanent role based in the heart of the Sydney CBD and is offering up to $60-65k plus super.
