Our client - A family oriented legal firm with a fresh and vibrant culture and a focus on legal solutions within the insurance and commercial industry.

The Role

Use your previous experience in litigation, legal and personal injury to support 3 solicitors - Prepare legal reports, manage calendars, and provide administrative support.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing legal reports
  • Liaising with various departments and stakeholders
  • Proof reading/cross checking all documentation
  • File and diary management;
  • Drafting letters and general correspondence;
  • Preparing documentation and information for Clients;
  • Attending to Client inquiries;
  • Filing and other administrative tasks.
  • General administration duties, including, photocopying, mail, faxing, scanning and binding

Your Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years' Legal Secretary experience
  • Excellent oral & written skills, strong attention to detail and an ability to work as part of a team.
  • Organised and proactive approach to your work, coupled with excellent time management skills.
