Based in Sydney's CBD, this large financial services organization is in need of an L1-3 Service Desk Analyst.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a well-respected business and work your way up the corporate ladder for the right candidate.
As Level 1-3 Service Desk Analyst you'll be providing internal IT Support on-site and remote support (both face-to-face and over the phone) for approximately 800 staff across several locations around Australia.
You'll be the first line of support for everything IT-related ranging from telecommunications, desktops, networks and peripherals to mobility and internal systems.
