The Company -

The company is a global customer engagement firm with over 100 staff members across Australia, multiple locations across Europe with their HQ in Paris.

The Role -

You will be the sole IT person, supporting internal users over the phone and face to face, working with Microsoft (Windows 8/10), Active Directory, Exchange, Office365, videoconferencing, smartphones and Cisco CUCM. In this autonomous role you will be responsible for running the entire IT function for the Sydney office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end user Support for 100 internal staff members;
  • Face-to-face and phone support across desktops, peripherals, telecommunications, apps, network and internal systems;
  • Assistance with various ad hoc projects (migration to Office 365), implementing and rolling out of Windows 10 for business, maintaining and supporting it.

About You -

A strong problem solver and committed to customer service, you will be experienced in providing excellent IT support, offering solution orientated communications across Australia.

You will have:

  • A strong customer-focused mentality;
  • A Bachelor's degree/IT certifications;
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
  • Experience supporting both internal and offsite users in a similar role;
  • Good technical knowledge supporting and maintaining phone systems
