This CBD based managed service provider supports a range of SMB clients (including law firms & financial services) with their IT infrastructure. With a clientele base of 45, with enormous growth currently occurring in the business, this is a fantastic time to join a close knit team, in a company that genuinely cares for its employees, with on-going development opportunities.
As a Level 1-3 IT Support Engineer, you will be providing support for a range of IT related issues, and acting as a point of escalation from the helpdesk & level 1-2 team. This role will involve configuring and maintaining clients' network system (routers, switches, firewalls) and IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualisation and storage/backups.
This role will comprise of both BAU and project work (including server migrations, exchange migrations, office moves and hardware/software installations).
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate a broad understanding of IT systems and networking experience.
You'll need to have previous MSP experience as well as relevant industry certifications or a university qualification in IT or computer sciences.
