Be the first point of contact for 700+ internal users spread across 35 sites Australia wide!

Provide 1st level IT Support across software, hardware, peripherals, mobility, telecommunications and networking.

Mix of face-to-face and remote IT Support.

Key technologies you'll be supporting include:

  • Windows 7/8
  • Active Directory
  • Outlook
  • Office365
  • General networking knowledge (WAN/LAN)
  • SOE builds
  • Printers, peripherals & IP phones


The following skills / knowledge / experience / traits are required:

  • 6-12 months practical IT support experience
  • Good skills troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies (Windows, Active Directory etc)
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrate motivation and commitment
  • Positive attitude
  • Desirable - relevant certifications/qualifications

This role is located in the Sydney CBD and is offering up to $50,000 (plus super) + benefits.
