An exciting Helpdesk/Desktop Support opportunity has arisen to work within a small team environment, with a Global Bank. The role will have an equally split variation between 70% helpdesk support and 30% face to face Desktop Support. The role will report into the Service Desk Manager who's focus is to maintain an enjoyable team environment that provides an excellent IT Support services to the business's 300 users.
To be successful within this role you will ideally have worked in a similar environment where customer focus and a sense of urgency is highly regarded.
The Technologies you need to have an understanding of are;
- Full Microsoft Stack
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Server Administration
- Project Experience
- Top 10 Global Bank
