This professional services organisation designs and provides advisory within the Property / Architecture space and employs more than 500 staff in 5 locations across Australia.
They are currently undertaking a major transformation and investment across IT so now require a motivated and capable IT customer service champion to continue this exciting journey.
Level 1 & 2 Desktop/Helpdesk style support for 500+ users across Australia.
Mixture of face-to-face, remote and phone/email support.
Troubleshoot & support software, desktop hardware, mobility, printers, network devices & telecommunications.
Based in the heart of the Sydney CBD.

This is a full time permanent role located in the heart of the Sydney CBD that's offering $65,000 - 75,000 (including super) - depending on experience.
